1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ModTrace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

ModTrace provides logging, analytics, and management tools for ER:LC (Emergency Response: Liberty County) community owners. Our services are provided primarily through our web dashboard and desktop application.

3. User Responsibilities

You must comply with the Roblox Terms of Service and Community Standards.
You must comply with the Police Roleplay Community (PRC) Terms of Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and API keys.
You agree not to use the service for any malicious or unauthorized purpose.

4. API Keys and Security

ModTrace allows you to integrate with the PRC API. You are solely responsible for the security and usage of your PRC API keys. ModTrace is not liable for any unauthorized access or data loss resulting from the misuse of these keys.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments are handled via Stripe. subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled.

Note: Refunds are generally not provided, but may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ModTrace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via our Discord server or through the website.
